Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tag Here is an NFC-based table ordering service. Because it uses NFC, not QR, you only need to attach the NFC sticker on the table. The menu automatically pops up on the screen when customers bring their phone close to the sticker and they get to place orders immediately without installing an app or logging in.

  • Yes, you can try it for 14 days and experience the difference it brings to your daily operation.

  • Tag Here has already been successfully integrated with multiple POS systems in South Korea, with over 2 million users confirming its performance and stability. Tag Here Canada is now preparing integrations with the most widely used POS systems in Canada, and we’re looking for partners interested in participating in early testing.

  • It can be used without any problems even if it rains or water is spilled. If it gets damaged or stops working, we will send you the new sticker.

  • Both Galaxy and iPhone smartphones are compatible, as long as they aren't released more than 10 years ago. For example, as long as your device isn't older than an iPhone 6 or Galaxy S10, they're all compatible.

  • NFC communicates with your phone via radio waves, so if it's directly attached to steel or is very close to it, communication can be interrupted. Or, if there's another NFC chip between the sticker and your phone, it can interfere. For example, a bus card placed in the back of your phone case already has an NFC chip built into it, making tagging difficult. However, the griptok works fine regardless.

  • We'll upload the entire menu for you. All you have to do is upload the photos via the administrator account.
