    Any free trial, demo, or pilot program is provided for evaluation purposes only.

    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    • Tag Here Canada reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trial or pilot at its discretion.

  3. Third-Party POS Systems

    Tag Here Canada may integrate with third-party POS providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, or functionality of any third-party POS systems, hardware, networks, or services.

    Any issues caused by third-party systems are not the responsibility of Tag Here Canada.

  4. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information

    • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

    • Ensure your hardware, internet connection, and POS systems are properly configured

    You are solely responsible for your business operations and transactions conducted using the service.

  5. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, trademarks, and materials related to the service are owned by Tag Here Canada or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties
